Matthew is fourth-generation within the Goebel family. He is proud of the company’s history and leads the organization with strong values surrounding people, customer service and quality products. Matthew spends much of his time on client interaction with a personal goal to visit as many clients and projects as possible. Prior to becoming President and CEO at Goebel, Matthew worked in Material Control, Field Services, Operations, and now works closely with Business Development and Sales to ensure that he has an encompassing view of the company. Before joining the Goebel team, Matthew received a degree from University of St. Thomas in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and worked at numerous national and international corporations.
Ryan is a self-described perfectionist. Quality is important, and he enjoys watching a project move from concept to installation. Meeting customers expectations is his goal. Ryan oversees manufacturing and installation at Goebel. He is always looking for ways to improve the processes throughout the company. In addition to his degree in Construction Management from Bemidji State University, Ryan has completed coursework in manufacturing management. Prior to joining the Goebel team, he worked as a construction project manager and self-employed woodworker. His background and dedication to quality serve him well as Operations Manager.
Tara provides leadership to the finance, HR, IT and administration teams at Goebel. Each project provides a new challenge to keep things interesting. Tara develops and executes strategies as part of the leadership team. Then deploys strategies at the team level to drive company success. She supports multiple aspects of projects and provides solutions to the challenges that arise. Tara received a degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from Union College in Lincoln, NE. Prior to joining the Goebel team she worked in banking and public accounting.
Brian enjoys bringing a project to life! Gathering details and planning appropriately from the beginning of a project allows smooth execution, and helps customers get the exact result they need. As Director of Client Services, Brian maintains responsibility for Goebel’s project teams. Project schedules along with following processes and procedures ensure customer needs are met. Brian has a background in construction and engineering with a degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in Construction Management and Business Administration.
