Our Minnesota-based organization is seeking a motivated and confident Finishing Manager. This professional position must possess a strong ability to lead and foster teamwork.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct the work of Finishing Room employees
- Use confident personal judgment to produce results
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by providing exceptional quality
Requirements:
- Previous management experience with the ability to affectively lead employees and problem solve
- Possess an understanding of the science of wood finishing
- Skill set to color match
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision; possess self-discipline
- Possess good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to read drawings a plus
