Meet the Leadership Team
Robert Croatt – President
Bob has been with Goebel Fixture Company since 1997 and has been leading the company as President since 2001. Bob loves the customer interface and store opening process and can often be found on a ladder or under a fixture making last minute adjustments. His 30-plus years of industry knowledge will prove to be invaluable as you sit down to value engineer a project to bring it in on budget, have a discussion as it relates to construction, or help with the development of a maintenance and repair program.
Dave Grimm – Director of Operations
Dave first started with Goebel Fixture Company in 1985 and then re-joined the company in 2008 after a four-year intermission with another fixture company. Dave brings a vast knowledge of the manufacturing process to Goebel. He is a Master-craftsman in the wood working trade and is able to provide motivating guidance and direction to his team of 70-plus woodworkers and finishers.
Rachel Schuette – Account Manager
Rachel joined Goebel Fixture Company in 2006 and has demonstrated exceptional leadership in Project and Account management. Rachel excels in organization, planning, budgeting and value engineering and has a vast knowledge of retail, which makes her a strong player in the development of projects and the establishment of client relationships.
Bonnie Ahlbrecht – Director of Human Resources
Bonnie joined Goebel Fixture Company in 2001 and has lead Human Resources since 2006. Every great company is made up of even greater people – Bonnie is a strong advocate for the safety, well being and on-going development of every one of Goebel’s employees and has developed one of the industry’s best benefit and compensation programs.
Matt Field – Vice President of Field Services
Matt joined Goebel Fixture Company in 2008 and was promoted to lead the Goebel Fixture Field Services Group in 2009. For 50-plus years Goebel has been known in the industry for its ability to install its own products in the field, and Matt will be challenged to exploit that history in the development of maintenance and repair programs, as well as the further development and expansion on Goebel’s field service capabilities.
