Fred C. Goebel, who was later joined by sons Harvey and Virgil, opened a small fix-it shop that eventually specialized in cabinetry. With great foresight, the Goebels decided to incorporate the manufacture of store fixtures, which became integral in post-war economy retail construction. The Goebel tradition of retail interior service was born.
Today, Fred C. Goebel’s small fix-it shop has expanded to 110,000 square feet. The current staff of 140 employees is dedicated to the Goebel vision of professionalism, integrity and unsurpassed quality.
